Client Service Specialist – Be the Voice of Our Company! Wentzville, MO | Full-Time | In Office • Customer Service is Our Priority – Provide friendly, efficient, and solution-driven support to all callers. • Answer Inbound Calls – Handle general inquiries, service questions, and account-related concerns with professionalism. • Update Customer Information – Maintain and update customer records, including name, contact info, payment changes, and policy adjustments. • Retention – Work with customers considering cancellation and help them rediscover the value in staying with us. • Collaborate with the Team – Partner with coworkers and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. We provide training to set you up for success. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Missouri Producer License required (or must be willing and able to obtain upon hire – we’ll guide you through the process). Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly + commission
