    Barnett Financial & Tax is a leading financial services firm committed to providing innovative solutions to our clients. This role is vital, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the practice while providing superior customer service to existing clients & prospects. This role will require you to manage application submission and account transfer follow-up, incoming client calls, outbound follow-ups, database management, and client appointment preparation. We have two office locations. They are located in Auburn Hills and Grand Blanc. Candidates will need to be able to spend time in each location periodically. Responsibilities: • Complete and process new business applications • Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner • Process follow-up on client service work • Update review database/CRM to reflect account status regarding new business and service • Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system • Follow up on pending business and contact individual clients with updates • Assist Advisors with pre-appointment requirements • Prepare, manage, and track the new business pipeline • Assist Advisors with client support and mailings, educational workshops, and client events as needed • Act as phone backup to other members of the team • Maintain current Advisor’s licenses and appointments with agencies and companies Qualifications: • Experience in financial services preferred • High attention to detail Compensation: $50,000 yearly
