Your Role: The Keeper of All Things Front of House This is a position that balances the art and science of outstanding customer care. It requires the right combination of empathy, communication skills, attention to detail, and technical know-how. You'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences and helping ensure the Firm’s metrics and goals are met. Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to the following: • Reception: Be the welcoming presence that our clients first encounter, both in person and over the phone. • Screening Potential New Clients: Identify client needs and ensure they are directed to the appropriate legal services. • Selling Legal Services: Confidently present our services to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value we offer. • New Client Intake: Handle all aspects of client intake, ensuring a smooth and professional process. • Data Entry & Reporting: Keep our database accurate and up to date, reporting intake metrics to the CEO and Director of Operations. • Client Hospitality: Ensure that our clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their experience with us. • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Manage appointments and schedules with precision, avoiding conflicts and maximizing efficiency. • Database & Client Relationship Management: Maintain and organize client information to support ongoing relationships. • Lobby Maintenance: Keep our lobby welcoming and professional. • Mail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with care.
