As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. Duties
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
Understand client needs and goals, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and drive client success
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed in a timely manner
Assist clients on retail floor
Interacting with clients and their dogs
Communicating information and requirements to clients
Making reservations and scheduling appointments through phone or by walk in clients.
Checking dogs in/out of grooming and collecting payment
Assisting Retail Customers on the sales floor
Assist stocking sales floor
Stock and Maintain sales floor
Assist with project management activities, including coordinating client onboarding, training, and implementation processes
Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings
Requirements
1-2 year's experience working in pet related field
Must feel comfortable working with and around Dogs and Cats
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of project management principles and practices
Sales experience is a plus
