    The Client Services Coordinator guides the continuity of the Community Based Services (CBS) program.

    The Client Services Coordinator must sustain the Program through positive relations with clients, families, Case Managers, Physicians, Therapists, Probation Officers, and other community mental health agents.

    Responsibilities/Duties include, but not limited to:

    Maintain Weekly Documents

    Facilitate the Intake and Assessment process

    Completes all assessments when necessary

    Ensures that service notes follow service goals and objectives, are not duplicated, and are billable.

    Initiates and maintain Client Records

    Actively participates in the Documentation Review Process

    Attends Treatment Team Meetings

    Assists with facilitating monthly supervisions and training

    Participates in On-boarding, orientations, and in-servicing all new employees

    Always communicates effectively and respectfully to all

    Represents Standards-Based Solutions and its Programs and Services positively and professionally, always

    Perform other duties as assigned

    ​Qualifications:

    18 years of age or older

    General knowledge of managed care billing

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organizational skills

    Strong attention to detail

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $35,360 - $37,440 annually

    Education/Experience:

    Bachelors Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology

    Two years experience working in the Human Services field or Internship/practicum (Preferred)

    Two years experience as a Community Based Services Professional (Preferred)

    Three years as a Community Based Services Paraprofessional (Preferred)

    Qualified Professional (QP) or Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) status (Preferred)
