    Job Description

    The NBCUniversal Team is looking for a Client Services, Culinary Assistant. You will be responsible for responsible for managing the day-to-day client services in the sound department’s ADR stages, TV stages, Feature stages and Mastering rooms. You will work with our on‐lot commissary, Bon Appetite, and other 3rd party vendors, to ensure client expectations are met on the stages.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Facilitate the ordering and delivery of food and beverages throughout the various StudioPost Sound groups (this includes snack baskets, beverages, and other pre‐ wrapped items to the stages)
    • Problem-solve and facilitate the resolution of all customer special requests including stage food ordering, delivery, and potential pick‐ up of food for the stages
    • Inventory control: order and maintain craft service supplies on both the stages and in the Pantry
    • Plan and execute department and client celebration functions, show wrap parties and playbacks
    • Dishwashing in the Pantry
    • Daily food preparation to assist Client Services Coordinator and Pastry chef
    • Research and reconcile invoices from vendors
    • Coordinate with janitorial the daily cleaning of the stages, including weekends and late nights
    • Oversee the professional presentation of craft service on all our client stages
    • Daily stage service including: food set up, break down, restocking supplies, changing table linens, cleaning as needed

    What You Must Have:

    • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
    • 3+ years restaurant or food service-related experience
    • Food handlers certification
    • Flexibility to work weekends if needed

    • Familiar with culinary terms, etiquette and culture
    • Basic understanding of various dietary needs
    • Strong sense of urgency
    • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients

    • Be extremely "quick-on-their-feet," prepared for the unexpected, and able to function in a high-energy environment

    Additional Requirements:

    • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

    Salary Range: $24.00 - $28.00 Hourly
