Seeking a friendly, highly organized administrative professional with experience in building client-focused business systems and processes and a passion for excellent service.

    If you have worked in financial or legal services, handled real estate closings, or helped clients complete insurance applications, and if you are self-motivated, easy to get along with, and detail-oriented, this could be a great role for you.

    • $25-$28/hour
    • Part-time: 24 – 32 hours per week
    • 3 weeks paid vacation
    • Paid holidays
    • 3-4 sick leave days per year (calculated on hours worked)
    • Office in Montpelier
    • Weekday hours; occasional work-from-home flexibility
    • Occasional evening hours

    Your mission is to drive firm growth through attention to detail, by building systems, and providing warm, accurate, full service to clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the entire client experience from beginning to end of engagement with the firm, providing a “Wow!” experience
    • Clear the path so attorney time can be used for legal work
    • Perform business development tasks, including managing the pipeline by generating referral business and maintaining relationships with existing and past clients
    • Communicate professionally and confidentially, both verbally and in writing: in person, over the phone, and via text and email
    • Deepen and develop the firm’s technology solutions and streamline processes
    • Organize and preserve hard copy and electronic records
    • Participate in strategic planning
