    If so, Humane Society Naples (HSN), Southwest Florida's state-of-the-art premier no-kill shelter, invites you to apply for the position of full time Client Services Representative. HSN operates a full-service small animal practice that is open to the public. We are seeking a service-oriented but assertive individual to provide clients and their companion animals with a positive appointment-making, check-in, and check-out experience.

    Under the direction and guidance of the Client Services Manager, and in cooperation with other team members, Client Services Representatives:

    Answer phones

    Schedule appointments

    Welcome and check in clients and patients

    Check out clients and patients

    Collect and process payments

    Communicate with clients before and after appointments as needed

    Provide clients with accurate information in a friendly, caring, compassionate, and professional manner

    We're looking for:

    Fluency in English and Spanish required

    At least one year experience in customer service in any industry

    At least one year experience as a veterinary or medical receptionist preferred

    Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to interact calmly with emotional clients

    Phone skills, including a clear speaking voice

    Accurate data entry and money handling skills

    Work well within a team

    Be responsive to professional feedback and direction

    Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

    Maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to work in the vicinity of and engage in limited handling of dogs, cats, and other small mammals

    Schedule:

    Full-time, 40 hours per week. While the current schedule is M-F, future Saturday hours are anticipated.

    Pay and Benefits

    Pay starts at $17.00/hr. Paid weekly.
