Additional Job Details: • Department: Client Solutions • Reports To: Client Solutions Manager • Job Type: Part-Time (Hourly) ~20-25 hrs/week Responsibilities: As a Client Solutions Coordinator, you will: • Be the First Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact, providing prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and online forms. • Assess Client Needs: Conduct initial screenings to determine if a potential client’s legal needs align with our firm’s services. • Schedule Consultations: Coordinate consultations between clients and the Client Solutions Manager and Attorneys, optimizing schedules for efficiency and convenience. • Data Management: Accurately input and maintain client information within our CRM, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. • Documentation: Prepare and distribute engagement letters, and other necessary documents. • Ensure Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups to keep potential clients engaged and informed throughout the intake process. • Feedback & Process Improvement: Collect client feedback to refine our intake process and enhance the overall client experience. Qualifications: Experience: At least 2 years in a client service, sales, or intake coordination role—preferably in a legal, professional services, or nonprofit setting. Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Skills & Traits: • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Passion for supporting nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. • Must be tech-savvy, with a strong aptitude for learning and utilizing new technologies and digital platforms to streamline processes. Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
