About the Role As a Client Solutions Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients considering our estate planning and elder law services. You’ll guide individuals through emotionally significant decisions with empathy, professionalism, and clarity, helping them feel confident taking the next step with our firm. This is an inside sales role based in our St. Charles and Creve Coeur offices. No travel. No cold calling. Just meaningful conversations that make a difference. What We’re Looking For • A confident, compassionate salesperson who can navigate high-trust, high-stakes conversations • A relationship-builder who can educate and inspire action, not just “sell” • A self-starter with strong follow-up skills and the ability to stay organized • Someone who brings positivity, emotional intelligence, and curiosity to every interaction Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients • Guide clients through the onboarding process with warmth and efficiency • Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet retained our firm • Collaborate with the intake and legal teams to ensure a smooth client experience • Track leads, conversions, and referral sources using our CRM tools • Clearly communicate the value and importance of estate planning and elder law services What You Can Earn • Average performer : $60,000 – $70,000 • Strong performer : $70,000 – $85,000 • Great performer : $85,000 – $95,000 • Top performer : $100,000+ • Base salary + bonus structure, with upside earning potential.
