    Job Summary The Client Specialist role is pivotal in providing an excellent customer experience, maintaining relationships, and understanding customers' unique needs to align them with suitable product and service offerings. This role is not only about advising and selling American Family Insurance products across all lines but also about embodying our core values. Client Specialists promote awareness and engagement by actively participating in agency and community events.

    Responsibilities

    Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products by following established agency processes and procedures which ensures a foundation of TRUST.

    Provide personalized, PROFESSIONAL customer experiences consistently building trust and developing strong customer relationships.

    Prospect for new business through leads, telephone calls, networking and personal contacts demonstrating INITIATIVE.

    Help the agency grow with CONFIDENCE and PURPOSE, by using consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers while adapting and fostering a WILLINGNESS TO LEARN.

    Serve as a liaison on behalf of the customer between the agency and various business partners exhibiting TEAMWORK.

    Schedule appointments with existing or prospective customers to keep lines of COMMUNICATION open.

    Qualifications

    Job contingent based on passing property, casualty and life insurance license ahead of first day of employment.

    Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities and organize work

    Active involvement in the local community

    Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Experience with PC software applications

    Proficiency with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.
