We’re currently looking for a motivated Client Success Coordinator to join our team and help us provide exceptional service and project coordination as we continue to grow. Responsibilities: Client Experience & Communication • Greet and assist clients in person, via phone, email, text, social media, and WhatsApp. • Understand client needs, provide information, and coordinate solutions. • Schedule and manage client installation and appointments, send reminders, and follow up on payments and outstanding invoices. • Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact through final delivery. • Coordinate deadlines between the client and internal team. Set realistic timelines and due dates and communicate clearly. Administrative Support • Enter and manage project information using our CRM, project management tools, and slack. • Handle all inbound/outbound deliveries and shipments. • Assist with office tasks including scanning, printing, filing, and organizing to keep operations efficient. • Keep our front office organized, tidy, and client-ready always. Design & Project Coordination • Collaborate with designers to ensure project files are in sync with what the client asked for. • Review, assign, and provide design drafts for approvals and quotes. • Maintain clear communication across departments: Sales, Admin, Design, Production, and Billing. Shop & Team Support • Assist with production tasks as needed. • Keep the shop clean and organized. • Foster a respectful, inclusive work environment with strong team communication. Advanced Role Opportunities ($18–$22/hour) If you bring additional experience, you may also: • Understand marketing tools and signage industry products • Research new business opportunities and brand strategies • Assist in developing traditional and digital marketing campaigns • Support owner in B2B outreach and lead generation through email, phone calls, or marketing strategies. • Create and run SMS and telemarketing campaigns • Coordinate with digital marketing partners to improve online performance Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Required Competencies • Experience in fast-paced environments • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) • Basic understanding of graphic design tools/concepts • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Confident communicator, both in person and digitally • Able to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities quickly Preferred Qualifications • Experience in signage, print, or marketing • Knowledge of project management workflows Compensation: $15 - $22 hourly
