    Build your career at Ram Supply as a Client Success Executive supporting our client service team for our client base in Maryland, Northern VA, and D.C. markets.

    This is a full-time position located at our Baltimore City location. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Our hours of operation are 9:00 am until 6:00 pm. Occasional overtime as needed.

    You will also assist a client service team with many responsibilities. This position is for you if you’re a customer-oriented candidate with a ‘can do’ attitude. Our ideal candidate is driven to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience.

    The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an office environment, experience in a restaurant or janitorial space, or relevant experience handling 20+ business-to-business accounts per week. Candidates must excel at collaboration, teamwork, and self-starting. Independence, exceptional organizational skills, time management, follow-up, follow-through, written communication, and an understanding of the sales process are necessary.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Manage accounts receivable and billing process

    Assists clients in placing text, phone, email, and online orders

    Assisting office team with quotes, returns, pricing, onboarding

    Backs up members of the internal office team for vacations and sickness

    Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff

    Assists Account Managers with their respective clients

    Creation and implementation of internal procedures to assist the office team in operating more effectively and efficiently

    Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour depending on relevant experience plus commission, and 50% company-paid health insurance following 60 days of employment.

    Qualifications:

    Proven work experience in an office environment

    Account Management experience with expertise in handling 20 or more accounts weekly

    Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude

    Strong analytical and organizational skills

    High School Degree required. College coursework or associate degree preferred, which may be substituted with 2-4 years of experience in customer service

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Strong focus on quality of work and ability to self-check work for accuracy

    Adhere to deadlines all the while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and character

    Multi-lingual (Spanish) Must be proficient in speaking Spanish and English

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Restaurant Management or restaurant experience

    Business to business sales experience

    Prior use of a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Sage)
