    Are you a sales pro who thrives on closing deals and turning clients into raving fans? We're hunting for an Inside Sales & Referral Rockstar to crush quotas by retaining clients and sparking word-of-mouth referrals, all from an inside sales gig with uncapped commission potential.

    Based in Westminster, Colorado, Uqual is a local company passionate about making homeownership dreams a reality. We empower our clients with the tools, support, and education they need to navigate the homebuying process with confidence.

    ****Pay: $27/hr. Starting at $16/hr PLUS a **minimum **guaranteed bonus of $1,750 per month (averaging $27/hr) for your first 6 months. Any bonus that exceeds the $1,750 monthly bonus guarantee **will be paid out **as our commissions are NOT capped.

    **Average annual earnings are anywhere from $60,000 - $75,000 with our top performers making $100,000-$125,000.

    Your Role:

    You're the heartbeat of our client relationships, driving revenue by keeping clients in the program and turning every conversation into a sales win. Here's what you'll do:

    • Close retention deals: Transform cancellation threats into loyalty wins by building unshakable value in our program and using your persuasive chops to keep clients enrolled.
    • Extract referrals like a pro: Seize every client interaction to secure word-of-mouth referrals, enrolling new clients into the program with confidence, even when it means risking a “no.”
    • Coach clients to the finish line: Guide existing clients (B2C) through the homebuying process with expertise and charisma, ensuring they close their loans while priming them for referrals.
    • Re-engage and conquer: Run outbound campaigns to win back past clients, reigniting their trust and re-enrolling them with your silver-tongued sales skills.
    • Crush quotas, uncapped: Hit ambitious retention and referral targets to unlock limitless commission potential, directly impacting your paycheck and our growth.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of sales and/or retention experience.
    • Exceptional phone communication skills.
    • Strong computer proficiency.
    • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen (Colorado-friendly).
    • Comfortable sitting/standing for extended periods.
    • Must reliably commute to our Westminster, CO 80234 office (or plan to relocate before starting).
