    Position Summary:

    The Client Success Specialist is the first line of communication for our clients, providing information on our products and pricing, processing orders, and providing service on client virtual tours and photography orders. It requires a hardworking, passionate and organized individual who takes pride in their work to accomplish the daily workload of a CS Specialist! We are a collaborative team where our culture is integral to our daily operations. There is certainly never a dull moment in the Client Success Department! This is a full-time, salaried, and fully remote position. Salary is commensurate with experience and TruPlace offers subsidized group health and dental benefits as well as short-term disability coverage. We have seven paid holidays and you begin accruing Paid Time Off starting on day one!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • assisting customers via telephone and email

    • scheduling photographers for appointments

    • consultative product overview calls

    • project management

    • implementation and onboarding of new clients and partners

    • entering property information into our system

    • quality control reviews and corrections on our tours

    Qualifications :

    • possesses our Core Values: Teamwork, Passion, Consistency, Accountability

    • 2+ years customer service experience in a remote call center style environment

    • reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

    • solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

    • proficient with Microsoft 365 programs

    • is very organized and detail-oriented, with great task organization

    • real estate experience is a HUGE plus

    • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    • scheduling, booking, or similar experience

    • has a good sense of humor and a positive attitude!
