Responsibilities: • Welcome clients warmly to ensure they feel valued and appreciated. • Handle incoming phone calls professionally while showing a touch of personality to create a welcoming atmosphere. • Organize appointments and maintain calendars efficiently. • Aid in client intake procedures and prepare necessary documents accurately. • Manage mail, deliveries, and various administrative tasks effectively. • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless daily operations.
