Job Description
Client Support Representative plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional legal representation by embodying a positive attitude and maintaining polished, professional communication. Key responsibilities include warmly greeting clients and vendors, handling incoming calls, logging information into the document management system, and performing basic clerical duties. Serving as a backup for the Front Desk Receptionist as needed, the role involves maintaining cleanliness in common areas, adhering to first-call resolution guidelines, and attending training sessions to stay updated on company processes and procedures.
Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (availability to work 30 hours or more)
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST or 9:00AM - 5:30PM or 9:30AM - 6:00PM EST
