Client Support Specialist (Dispatcher) � Location: West Allis, WI

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love helping people? We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist (CCS) to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — booking appointments, managing service calls, and dispatching technicians — all while keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming client calls and deliver top-tier customer service
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls with efficiency and accuracy
• Coordinate permits with local municipalities
• Track technician progress and communicate arrival times to clients
• Debrief service calls and confirm payment collection
• Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to coordinate part deliveries
• Use critical thinking to assign the best technician for each job

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus
• Customer service, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Reliable, self-starter with a flexible, team-oriented attitude
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
