    Job Summary The Client Support Specialist provides excellent customer experience for potential and existing customers. Maintains effective customer relationships, understands customers' needs, and matches them with appropriate product and service offerings.

    Responsibilities

    Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences through building trust and developing strong customer relationships.

    Responds to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, or products by following established agency processes and procedures.

    Processes changes to existing accounts and policies.

    Assists customers with claims by directing them to the appropriate Claims Department contacts and resources. Follows up to ensure customer needs are addressed.

    Participates in reviews of existing coverages and may advise customers regarding policy options.

    Estimates and quotes policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines.

    Identifies cross-selling opportunities discovered through customer interactions or data analysis.

    Performs daily administrative functions to assist the Agency Owner, and Sales Specialists.

    Qualifications

    Job contingent based on passed Property & Casualty license ahead employment.

    Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities and organize work.

    Requires individual who is highly attentive to detail.

    Demonstrated customer service experience.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Experience with PC software applications. (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.)

    Experience using a wide range of digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers.

    Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.
