Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients over the phone to assess their needs, schedule appointments, and address inquiries • Create legal documents based on the attorney's guidance • Assist clients in transferring assets into their trusts • Prepare and facilitate the approval of Medicaid applications • Manage the attorney's schedule and email correspondence efficiently • Resolve complaints and issues with empathy • Collaborate on enhancing client service procedures and implementing automation for improved processes Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail • Problem-solving ability • Good working technological savvy • Organizational skills • Commitment to improving the lives of others • Dedicated to creating a superior client experience Compensation: $47,500 - $52,500 yearly
