    We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team. Your role will be to help satisfy our customers by ensuring orders are entered, product supported, and their needs met. You will hold yourself accountable for the quality and timeliness of your work.

    As a member of our Client Support team, you will work with other team members and report to our Customer Service Supervisor.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    General Account and Order Management

    Accountable for all customer interactions from beginning to end, working with all departments to analyze a customer’s needs and resolve issues.

    Answer phones, emails, and general questions from customers, Menards stores, or reps.

    Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the organization and services offered to resolve complex inquiries.

    Using multiple systems to find solutions such as company website, internal systems, and ERP system.

    Knowing where to find information and when needed what department to help assist.

    Working with cross-functional teams both state-side and overseas to support customers.

    Update all relevant information to customer accounts.

    Process orders: new orders, part orders, and replacement orders.

    Process order and LTL invoices.

    Maintain customers’ purchase orders with all requested changes, comments, and actions taken.

    EDI processing and management of invoices.

    Product Support

    Provides technical support and assistance to customers via email, or phone.

    Discuss product information with customers and reps.

    Addresses and responds to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

    Provides customers and reps with preventive maintenance and recommendations to improve product usability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

    Processes a strong understanding of organization’s products and services.

    Work with QC to investigate customers’ product complaints.

    What You Will Bring:

    Ability to jump between tasks at any moment to help customers.

    Prior experience in a customer facing role.

    Good written and oral communication.

    Basic computer skills such as Microsoft programs.

    Ability to prioritize work.

    Accountability for his/her actions.

    Adapts well to changes in duties and procedures.

    Good follow up skills.
