Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Client Trainer & Software Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training new and existing clients on how to effectively use our software, as well as offering ongoing support for any questions or technical issues they may encounter. This position is ideal for someone with a background in customer service or training who has a strong interest in helping others succeed with software tools.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct virtual training sessions for new clients, demonstrating how to use our software for meal planning, nutritional analysis, and foodservice management. • Provide ongoing support to existing clients, answering questions and troubleshooting any issues via email, phone, or chat. • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. • Create and update training materials, including guides, video tutorials, and FAQs, to help clients use the software more efficiently. • Assist in the development of best practices for client onboarding and software utilization. • Monitor and track client progress, offering additional training as needed to ensure long-term success with the platform.
Requirements: • Previous experience in customer service, training, or software support. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. • Comfortable working with technology and learning new software tools. • Experience with remote communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and ticketing systems is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively. • Knowledge or interest in nutrition, foodservice, or dietary management is a plus but not required. • A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude when working with clients.
Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience with dietary or healthcare software is a plus. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends or evenings as needed.
