    Position Summary

    This position serves as the front-line customer service provider by welcoming visitors and warmly greeting clients in person or over the phone. Provides administrative support for internal employees.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Professionally and courteously answer incoming calls and execute a warm hand-off to the intended party.
    • Oversees call management and routing, and ensures an exceptional client experience.
    • Sorts, stamps, and distributes incoming mail.
    • Assist with efforts to maintain a clean and presentable work area.
    • Primary support for HR Coordinators in a wide variety of administrative duties (background check and drug test processing, employment verifications, scanning, faxing, copying, etc.)
    • Actively monitors the service queue in Salesforce.
    • Logs all checks received and assists Accounting daily.
    • Process, gather, coordinate, and file information and tasks as requested.
    • Assist with project work as required and follow through to ensure deadlines are met and work is of high quality.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

    • Must be available to work 8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday in the ESI Corporate Office.
    • Must be bilingual English/Spanish required (read, write, and speak).
    • Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbally.

    Education and Work Experience Requirements

    Any combination equivalent to the following education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities would qualify. A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills, and abilities would be:

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Minimum 3 years of receptionist experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred.
    • Multi-phone lines experience required.

    Physical and Other Requirements

    This position will require 8-hour days, flexible hours, and occasional overtime work. Local travel on rare occasions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
