Entry Level Salesforce Learning Associate Are you currently earning minimum wage and want to break into the corporate world? Do you want to be a part of a community that learns together?

• Work your way towards a SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR CERTIFICATION.

PAY IT FORWARDOur program is free upfront. After you land a job paying more than $45k, you'll be asked to pay it forward and support another student in their studies. LOCATION: 1.5 hours (100 mi.) from San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, or Los Angeles, CA; Denver, CO; and Minneapolis, MN. (FULLY REMOTE)

APPLY TODAY Climb Hire prepares working adults to break into jobs in tech. Climbers complete 150 hours of specialized training in 24 weeks. Most Climbers are between the ages of 22-33 and the majority do not hold four-year degrees. 

THE PROGRAM

• You learn:

  • In-demand skills (Salesforce, data management, system administration)

  • State-of-the-art job search tools

  • Professional and soft skills (Resume, LinkedIn, Communication, Google suite, Slack, etc.)

• An active community of peer learners and instructors:

  • A support network 

  • Alumni who help facilitate, teach, and mentor

  • Certified and licensed trainers with over 20 years of experience educating diverse populations to enter the professional job market

• Employment Support:

  • Targeted job search support including 1:1 career mentorship

  • Job opportunities sourced through our large network of employer partners 

  • Job referrals through the Climb Hire community - a community of minorities and underrepresented groups that made their way to better tech jobs.

WHAT YOU NEED

• An internet connection and access to a computer

• Time - 6 hours per week for 24 weeks (two 3 hour sessions each week); and at least 10 per week for assignments and a capstone project

• Commitment to attend class and complete assignments
