  • Responsibilities

    The Clinic Director is responsible for driving the growth and performance of the Sauk Rapids clinic to achieve Ellie’s mission of “Compassionately transforming the culture of mental health by delivering creative solutions that make wellness accessible in every community.” As the Director, you're responsible for ensuring the success of the clinic you oversee and ensure clinicians have the tools and resources to do the job to the best of their ability.

    Compensation: Total compensation will consist of the combination of a base salary + commission + quarterly bonus potential.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline

    Independently licensed with a Minnesota-issued clinical practice license (eg., LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP)

    Board-approved licensure supervisor (BBHT, BOSW, BMFT, BP)

    2+ years' experience leading a multi-disciplinary team of therapists

    Exhibit good judgement, honesty, integrity, responsibility, time management, and punctuality.

    Ability to analyze issues and suggest or determine solutions in a fast-paced, changing environment

    Proficient in utilizing computers, typing, and navigating multiple applications/systems simultaneously such as Microsoft Office products, EHR systems, etc.

    Maintains strict confidentiality handling client information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and Ellie policies

    Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture

    Responsibilities Include:

    Responsible for ensuring that site-specific targets related to client census, client access, patient satisfaction, and employee satisfaction are met, and that client care is of the highest quality

    Option to maintain weekly caseload of up to 3 clients

    Manage and execute on a budget while forecasting future needs and identifying areas for further development or improvement of services

    Represents Ellie in external relationships with the community, partnering with marketing and outreach to drive engagement efforts in clinic's surrounding communities

    Develop and execute a strategic, multidisciplinary staffing plan that encompasses a strong team culture and optimizes use of physical office space

    Participate in and contribute to weekly clinic director meeting, quarterly MN leadership meetings, and additional meetings and initiatives required for the role

    Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation (minimum interval; licensed provider once monthly for an hour; non-licensed provider twice monthly)

    Oversee 245i Clinic Supervision and Consultation for clinic locations, including facilitation of a monthly case consultation meeting
