RehabAuthority (a Physical Rehabilitation Network brand) is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company. We believe each clinician has a role to play in advancing our commitment to one another and our patients. We are constantly looking for team members who share our passion and are ready to join a team founded on inclusivity, ambition, and outstanding patient care.

Our Glassdoor Reviews speak for themselves: “I've worked for four PT companies in my career and PRN has been head and shoulders above the others. I feel valued and supported both as a PT and as a director, and I know I can always go to my regional director if I have a problem and it will be addressed and not simply ignored due to inconvenience. I'm not pressured to see more patients than I want to or feel comfortable treating.”

We are looking for a Clinic Director/Partner with leadership experience and community referral connections that wants to build and help grow their own practice and help us expand our business in the Boise region. We are looking for someone who is determined and committed to providing patients with the best treatment experience around and someone who is ready to help grow our organization and the field of physical therapy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
    • Provide high-quality patient care, with an average caseload of 10.5 patients per day
    • Foster community relationships and connections to help grow the clinic’s patient base
    • Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff
    • Work closely with our leadership team on clinic goals, performance, and growth strategies

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience
    • Proven management experience, preferably in a clinical setting
    • Strong ties and connections within the community
    • Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive, patient-focused clinic environment
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in eventual partnership opportunities
