The Role: Clinic Director
Location: Albuquerque Metropolitan Area, NM
Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 base salary based on experience and other job related factors

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage day-to-day clinical operations.
• Provide exceptional patient care with individualized treatment plans.
• Build and maintain community referral networks to grow the business.
• Oversee staff development, training, and advancement of clinical skills.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and insurance regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage teams and clinic operations.
• Community Connections: Strong referral relationships and business development skills.
• Physical Therapy Licensure: Graduation from an APTA-approved program and current state licensure.
