• Base Salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000! (Individual salaries dependent on experience and job related factors)

Position Summary:

• Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations
• Lead by example by carrying a caseload and creating Individualized care plans for each client
• Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency
• Manage schedule and payroll
• Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business
• Training of new employees for their role and responsibilities
• Identify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
• Any level of experience welcome. Training available for new grads interested in taking on leadership.
