    Overview:

    Physical Therapy Advantage is seeking a full-time Clinic Director or Staff-Level Physical Therapist who is passionate about growth and advancing their career. The clinician will manage a 100% caseload in a beautiful clinic setting located in North Aurora.

    Work Schedule:

    • The clinic operates Monday through Friday.
    • Candidates must have availability to work some evening hours.
    • Full-time is required; candidates with 30+ hours of availability will also be considered.

    Caseload:

    • The caseload is primarily focused on general outpatient orthopedics.
    • Clinic Directors will handle approximately 10% managerial/admin responsibilities and provide 90% direct patient care.
    • Staff-Level Physical Therapists will focus on direct patient care within their roles.
    • An aide or technician is available to support the clinician.

    Job Requirements:

    • Eligible for Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
    • 3 years of prior outpatient work experience is preferred but not required.
    • Open to all experience levels, including new grad PTs.
    • Full-time is required; candidates with 30+ hours of availability will be considered.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive pay with a salary range of $60,000 - $100,000 based on clinical experience and qualifications.
