Overview:

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager/Physical Therapist at our clinic in Lebanon, IN. This role requires 6 months of prior experience as a Physical Therapist for the Clinic Manager position. Full-time hours are available (40 hours per week), but candidates with 32+ hours of availability will also be considered.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting, treating patients of all ages to reduce pain and improve or restore mobility. Bring your passion and specialty to join our winning team!

Caseload & Productivity:

• The role involves managing a general orthopedics caseload for patients of all ages.
• Clinic Managers will balance managerial responsibilities with direct patient care.
• You will work with multiple skilled providers to address various needs, including pre-op, post-op, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and work-related injuries.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
• Eligible for Indiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Must be a team player and able to build relationships with patients, staff, and the community.
• 6 months of prior experience as a PT is required for the Clinic Manager role.
• Full-time availability is required for the Clinic Manager role, with candidates having 32 hours of availability per week also considered.
