    Momentum is seeking a Clinic Operations Coordinator to support our Illinois clinic.

    The Clinic Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This includes ensuring appropriate use of resources, efficiency of workforce systems/processes, and overall maintenance of the clinic to provide a satisfying environment for clients, families, and team members.

    Clinic Operations Coordinator Essential Responsibilities:

    • Monitors and manages the daily aspects of the clinic setting
    • Maintains an onsite presence daily to facilitate needs of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and clients/families obtaining services
    • Coordinates on site trainings for staff
    • Coordinates with marketing for community outreach including social media posts, local community events
    • Identifies and coordinates clinic events outside of client services
    • Builds and Maintains community relationships through local Chambers of Commerce or other community connections
    • Coordinates and implements supplemental RBT training
    • Coordinates and implements new hire onboarding tasks
    • Maintains small caseload of RBT service hours at the clinic and/or in the surrounding area of the clinic

    Clinic Operations Coordinator Qualifications:

    • Two (2) or more years' experience of office management experience; required
    • Previous expiernece in a clinical setting; required
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Communicate and work professionally and cooperatively with others
    • Successfully pass all post offer, pre-employment screening requirements including criminal background check, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
    • Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds
    • Valid and current proof of legal right to drive; required
