    Travel Clinic RN- North Dakota

    American Consultants is looking for multiple travel Clinic RN's. These are Monday-Friday positions.

    Position Overview:
    A Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality nursing care in a clinical or outpatient setting. The RN collaborates with a healthcare team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other staff, to deliver comprehensive care to patients. This role includes patient assessment, treatment, education, and coordination of care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Patient Care:

      • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current health concerns.
      • Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
      • Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with procedures, examinations, and follow-up care.
    2. Coordination and Communication:

      • Coordinate patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
      • Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle practices.
      • Manage patient flow and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient care delivery.
    3. Documentation and Compliance:

      • Accurately document patient care, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health records (EHR).
      • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
      • Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team promptly.
    4. Clinical Support and Maintenance:

      • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.
      • Perform routine quality checks on medical equipment and supplies.
      • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
    • Licensure: Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
    • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required.
    • Experience: Prior experience in a clinic or outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
