    Seeking a high-energy performer to lead our team of medical assistants, medical historians, records clerks, and front desk staff (about 20 people in total) at our specialty surgical clinic. Must have significant experience managing a team.

    You will manage a clinical team that covers 3 offices and consists of both on-site and remote positions. This position is based in Beverly Hills and travel requirements are limited to occasional visits to our Ontario and Oakland offices.

    Prior experience working in a medical clinic is required, with a strong preference for someone with experience with a surgical specialty like spine, ortho, pain, plastics, or OB/GYN.

    Job Type: Full-time (approximately 40 to 50 hours per week)

    Schedule: Monday through Friday, plus 1 Saturday per month

    Location: On-site in Beverly Hills with occasional travel to Inland Empire and Bay Area locations

    Starting Salary: $75,000 to $100,000

    Job Description:

    Manage our team of medical assistants/scribes, medical historians, records clerks, and receptionists,

    Conduct trainings, audit patient phone calls and clinical intakes, review patient visit reports, provide feedback

    Coordinate the clinic schedule to ensure proper staffing; make suggestions for changes as needed

    Take direction from Medical Director and Director of Operations and implement changes or corrections for the team as needed

    Enforce clinic rules and policies

    Master clinic processes and protocols and monitor clinic workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations, document processes as formal SOPs, make suggestions for updates and improvement as needed

    Solve problems independently and quickly

    Work closely with management team to maintain a consistently excellent patient experience

    Other responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Director, Director of Operations, and other senior staff.

    Education/Experience Requirements:

    Substantial experience managing a team

    Experience working in a medical clinic

    Bachelor's Degree (minimum 3.1 GPA) from a reputable school

    At least 5 years of full-time, relevant work experience after obtaining bachelor's degree
