Title: Clinical Account Specialist - RN

Territory: Based in the Tampa area, to cover Western FL to Naples and occasional travel to other parts of FL.

Company: Established and Trusted medical device distributor of disposable medical supplies, equipment, and testing materials to hospitals, closed pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, and alternative clinical facilities.

Description:

• Supporting lead Salesperson in the territory by visiting accounts to promote products, deepening relationships with existing accounts, and setup new accounts.
• In-service and install products in hospital nursing units and pharmacy accounts.
• Drive utilization of products with the clinicians, nurses, doctors, pharmacists, lab managers in hospital and out patient pharmacy settings.
• Conduct product education and training sessions to clinical staff when new equipment is installed at facilities.
• Work with internal counterparts to support the full scope of needs within assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Must be RN with FL valid license.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience with an Associates Degree.
• 1+ year clinical education support for a medical device or pharmaceutical company AND 2+y years hospital RN bedside experience.
• Comfortable providing in-services or education to nurses and/or pharmacists at different facilities every day.
• Self-driven and ability to manage your own travel schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to travel within the Western FL area daily, and occasional overnights out of town with prior notice.
• Ability to work full-time, day shifts M-F, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend shifts (prior notice and additional time off after). Not on-call and no 2nd or 3rd Shifts.

Compensation: Base salary $80k-$90k plus bonuses based on case coverage and clinical trainings at accounts. Total earnings first year will be $100k-$130k. Bonus's Paid Quarterly
