Compensation: $20.00-$25.05 (DOE).
Location: Bend, Oregon.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday, 8 am-5 pm.

What You Get to Do: The Clinical Administrator & Emergency Preparedness Coordinator provides essential administrative support, including data collection, analysis, and report preparation. This role oversees emergency preparedness activities, such as scheduling and coordinating meetings and group activities, and ensures the regular creation and distribution of reports.
Offers general administrative support to the Clinical Operations Director and Clinical Supervisors.
Serves as a part-time backup scheduler.
Covers provider scheduling when the primary scheduler is unavailable.
Provides front desk and phone coverage as needed.
Acts as a department resource for troubleshooting, operational support, and clinical staff assistance.
Supports Clinical Supervisors to onboard and train new staff.
Organizes and leads emergency preparedness drills and discussions.
Implements emergency preparedness policies during events, including running reports to track patients and staff, supporting incident command, and coordinating task delegation.
Provides educational resources on emergency preparedness to staff.
Monitors potential emergency situations such as weather events and fires.
Assists with special projects as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Preferred, but not required: Experience overseeing emergency preparedness.
Strong interpersonal skills in a clinical environment; effectively communicating with the clinical team, office staff, and agency visitors via various communication methods.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, and the ability to follow directions from various individuals across the organization.
Hospice and home health operations experience is desirable; a commitment to gaining a comprehensive knowledge of these areas is essential.
Proficient in advanced word processing, Excel, and graphics software.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test.
Current automobile insurance, valid Oregon driver’s license, and reliable transportation required for those working in the field.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
