    We are seeking a full-time clinical and administrative assistant for our Director of Clinical Services. This position will work on an hourly basis on-site at our location in Rockville and will assist with administrative tasks related to clinical business operations. The ideal candidate possesses both clinical and administrative skills and is passionate about continuous learning.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Support the Director of Clinical Services in clinical operations and tasks as assigned

    Assist with patient care and clinical documentation as needed

    Coordinate schedules of nursing staff

    Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment

    Aid in the planning and facilitation of annual skills lab for nursing assistants

    Assist in the growth and development of clinical programs

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    An active medical license/certification (MAs preferred)

    Previous experience in an administrative capacity in a clinical setting strongly preferred

    Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures

    Familiarity with software for data entry, scheduling, and clinical documentation

    Ability to operate clinical instruments and equipment and adhere to all health and safety guidelines

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Compassion and respect for ethics in medicine
