    We are seeking a personable, caring, professional, organized person to be a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Treater to join our team at Shore Clinical TMS location in Atlantic County.

    Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician, who will deliver TMS treatment under the supervision of the physician and perform general office administrative duties as needed. Should be willing to learn the art of engaging patients during TMS therapy and learn neuromodulation. TMS is a groundbreaking and effective treatment for Depression, anxiety, OCD and more.

    Responsibilities:

    Speak with patients and families regarding TMS treatment, explain procedures, & communicate with referring clinicians

    Adjust TMS system protocols as prescribed & provide a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.

    Monitor patients during TMS session; alert treating physician when needed

    Maintain the TMS schedule; schedule new patients; and carry on all related duties

    Effectively communicate all needs to appropriate staff

    Handle all patient information in a confidential & private manner, as in compliance with state and federal laws for mental health

    Perform other duties & tasks as assigned

    Administer Spravato(Esketamine) treatment, take BP, monitor patients.

    Requirements:

    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

    Familiarity with medical terminology

    TMS and Spravato Training will be provided

    Behavioral health care experience preferred

    Utilization Review experience preferred

    Good clinical skills, ability to work productively & effectively demonstrating commitment to excellent patient care & needs

    Ease with clinical/medical office operations

    Must have ability to work independently & as a team member

    Job Type: Full-Time, Early am or Evening shifts Available. Required education: A bachelor's in health sciences or certification as a medical assistant is strongly preferred. Pre Med or psychology students looking for hands on patient care, clinical internship, medical scribing, counseling & administrative experience would be welcome. Required experience:

    At least 1 year working in a medical office is preferred

    Experience working or training as a medical assistant is preferred

    Experience working with patients in a mental health setting is preferred

    Proper Knowledge and Skills:

    Proper English and grammar, usage and spelling

    Software application related to the field

    General offices principles and practices

    Basic computer knowledge including MS Office/Google products.

    Professional phone and customer service demeanor

    Electronic Health Records
