    Our Clinical Care Coordinator will be the liaison for our Medical, Clinical and Support staff to ensure our Clients are receiving fluid, comprehensive treatment. This is an administrative Clinical Care Coordinator position. In this crucial role, you will be:

    Intaking, discharging and checking in new clients

    Ensuring all prescription medications are delivered and/or secured at the facility in a timely manner

    Ensuring accuracy of all medications throughout the entire medication process (from receiving medications, to logging medications and to medication administration)

    Facilitating internal doctor visits for medical psychiatric intake and medical reviews, per medical staff schedule times

    Being the liaison between Medical, Clinical and Support staff

    Ensuring a warm, welcoming presents when introducing clients to our facility and it’s services

    Collecting drug screens and submitting to the lab if necessary

    Submitting prescriptions as needed for clients

    Confers regularly with the Clinical, Medical, and Support staff regarding patient care. Attends and participates in the unit activities such as therapy groups, family meetings as appropriate, staffing, unit meetings, etc.

    Utilizing and streamlining an electronic medical record (EMR) for all documentation and communication with Medical, Clinical and Support staff

    Assess medical/mental status and side effects and report observations back to the clinical team

    Is responsible for the protection of the rights and confidentiality of all clients while ensuring that all clients are treated with respect, dignity and free from any discrimination.

    Gives thorough report to oncoming Clinical, Medical and Support staff

    Manage and oversee Behavioral Health Technicians daily operations

    Assist with client activities, if necessary

    Qualifications:

    Valid driver's license (Required)

    CBRF certification (Preferred)

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Experience with residential treatment offering mental health and/or substance use services (Preferred)

    Work independently AND ability to work as a team in circumstances
