Join Our Team at Dependable Nurses Inc. Dependable Nurses Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This key role ensures seamless administrative support for clinical operations while upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance and quality care.
Our primary patient population comes from the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), so prior experience with DDD is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling Management : Ensure patient needs are met by coordinating shift coverage with the right clinicians.
- HR Coordination : Collaborate with HR to maintain up-to-date employee files for compliance and onboard new hires with proper documentation.
- Patient Intake : Oversee new patient admissions, including insurance verification and authorization.
- DDD Collaboration : Work closely with the DDD to align staffing with patient needs, supporting census growth and revenue generation.
- Family Support : Communicate with patients and their families to assess needs and provide appropriate assistance.
- Recruitment Leadership : Drive recruitment efforts to expand our clinical team and meet the demands of the pediatric home health community.
- Policy Adherence : Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Staff Development : Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to hire, train, and provide ongoing education for clinical staff. Be available for after-hours scheduling support as needed.
Qualifications
- Education/Experience : Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience, preferred.
- Expertise : Familiarity with state, federal, and local home health regulations. Prior knowledge of DDD rules and regulations is a strong asset.
- Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
