    Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week

    Job Summary:

    The Clinical Coordinator/Recruiter is responsible for managing clinical staffing needs by recruiting, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals while ensuring efficient coordination of clinical operations. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of healthcare staffing and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment:

    Source, recruit, and screen qualified healthcare professionals, including technologists, nurses, and allied health staff.

    Manage job postings, review resumes, and conduct initial interviews.

    Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

    Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.

    Extend job offers and manage onboarding processes.

    Clinical Coordination:

    Collaborate with clinical leadership to determine staffing needs and schedule coverage.

    Maintain and update staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

    Address last-minute staffing changes and resolve scheduling conflicts.

    Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements.

    Serve as a liaison between staff and management to address clinical concerns.

    Onboarding and Compliance:

    Verify credentials, licenses, and certifications before onboarding.

    Ensure all new hires complete mandatory training and documentation.

    Maintain accurate records of employee certifications and renewals.

    Communication and Relationship Management:

    Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals to improve retention.

    Provide ongoing support to staff, addressing any concerns or issues.

    Collaborate with multiple departments to streamline staffing and clinical operations.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, human resources, or a related field (preferred).

    2+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment or clinical coordination.

    Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and credentialing processes.

    Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

    Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software.

    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

    Work Environment:

    Hybrid or on-site role depending on organizational needs.

    May require occasional travel to healthcare facilities for staffing or recruitment events.

    Connect with schools ans maintain relationships.

    Will have to travel to schools.
