Clinical Director – ABA Therapy
The Company: Our Client is a full-service provider that specializes in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities. Their broad thinking approach addresses the whole individual by collaborating with doctors, therapists, schools and specialists.
The Position: Our Client is looking for a qualified Clinic Director to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs. This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education and consultation, and problem solving to help each client reach his or her potential. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:
- $95,000 to $108,000 Depending on Experience
- Overtime With Hourly Differential Offered
- W2 Position Only, No 1099 Contractor Positions

Requirements:
- Master’s Program in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program
- Licensure and/or Certification in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field required (e.g., BCBA, Ph.D., PsyD., Ed.D., SLP, OT).
- 4 to 5 Years of Demonstrated Clinical and Operations Management
- Experience Working in Behavioral Healthcare or Related Industry
Responsibilities:
- Schedule: 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6m (Hours Can be Flexible)
- Clinical Settings:
- Combination of Remote Work and In-Clinic Work at Cornelius Location
- A New Clinic is Opening in Q2 (Sugar Creek Area) Will Required to be at This Clinic Full-Time (No Remote Work When Clinic Opens)
- Majority of BCBA’s in this Region are In-Home Therapy, Director Will Oversee Them
- Oversee all clinical and administrative operations within the region and/or sub-region.
- Work with Support Center staff to ensure that agency-wide processes and procedures are being executed efficiently to support clients and staff.
- Manage all Supervisors within their region or sub-region.
- Be a partner to Executive Directors, VP of Clinical Services, and/or Chief Operating Officer to identify and implement business development plans to increase service delivery options and revenue growth.
- Oversee regional financials; set and implement annual budget goals either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.
- Oversee purchasing as needed.
- Manage all clinical facilities, ensuring required documentation, licensure, equipment and safety is maintained across all facility locations either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.
- Drive to clinical and operational excellence through management of the Balanced Scorecard and the below key metrics for their region and/or sub-region:
- Ensure clinical excellence through management of clinical prescription fulfillment, case audits, and ensuring services are delivered within contractual requirements as follows:
- Supervisor and direct staff retention
- Family Satisfaction
- Billed hours per day and average rate of reimbursement for direct 1:1 services.
- Ratio of supervisor to direct staff hours
- Labor as percent of Revenue
