Allcare Treatment Services is looking for a dedicated individual to ensure the delivery of top-quality behavioral health services while adhering to regulations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in clinical trends, capable of maintaining service excellence, managing caseloads efficiently, establishing policies, providing staff training, and overseeing daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and guide clinicians effectively • Ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services • Keep abreast of the latest clinical trends • Efficiently manage caseloads • Develop and enforce policies and procedures • Conduct comprehensive staff training sessions • Supervise daily clinic operations Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 5 am to 12 pm Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise counselors to ensure their effective performance within the clinic • Ensure compliance with treatment protocols and regulations at all times • Efficiently manage the daily operations of the clinic • Provide necessary clinical guidance and consultation to staff members when required • Monitor patient progress closely and make adjustments to treatment plans accordingly • Assist in audits, billing, payroll, and other administrative tasks under the supervision of the Medical Director Qualifications: • The ideal candidate for the Clinical Director position in Glen Burnie, MD should have a BS in Behavioral Health or Psychology along with a Maryland State Supervisor certificate. Additionally, holding certifications such as CAC-ADS, LCSW, or LCPC is required. • Proficiency in MS Office and Electronic Health Records is essential for this role. • Strong soft skills are necessary, including excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The candidate should also possess strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, along with the capability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. • Permanent work authorization in the US is a mandatory qualification for this position. Compensation: $81,000 - $95,000 yearly
