    Job Description Clinical Director Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Clinical Director Assistant will support the Clinical Director in the management of clinical

    operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This role involves a

    combination of administrative support, clinical oversight, and direct client interaction, including

    managing a small caseload.

    Administrative Support:

    • Assist the Clinical Director with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling overview,

    clinical meetings, assisting with resources planning and allocation, and preparing

    Reports.

    Clinical Support:

    • Provide supervision and support to clinical staff, including BCBAs, and other

    support staff.

    • Assist with implementation of the mentorship program for new BCBAs.

    • Supervise BCBAs candidates as required and provide guidance throughout their

    training.

    • Facilitate training sessions and professional development activities for clinical

    Staff.

    Caseload Management:

    • Manage a caseload of clients, providing direct clinical services as needed.

    • Conduct functional assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and

    monitor client progress.

    • Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and

    effective treatment delivery.

    • Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary.

    • Review technician’s documentation and data collection and provide feedback as

    needed

    • Complete necessary documenting (i.e. supervision summaries, program updates,

    overlaps) following direct and billable services hours.

    Quality Assurance

    • Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits, reviews of necessary

    documenting (i.e. supervision summaries, program updates, overlaps) following direct and

    billable services hours., and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Ensure adherence to best practices and evidence-based interventions in all clinical

    Activities.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among clinical staff, administrative staff, and external partners.

    • Represent the Clinical Director in meetings and other professional settings as needed or when the Clinical Director is absent, making sure that staff have an individual to report to for operational and clinical needs.

    • Generate team spirit through creating and maintaining an environment that fosters staff

    satisfaction, maximizes productivity and profitability

    • Any additional tasks that may be requested by SBC.
