    Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Director to join our team and lead our clinical staff with integrity, expertise, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Staff Supervision

    Oversee and supervise clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and support personnel.

    Provide regular clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to ensure consistent, high-quality client care.

    Recruit, hire, and onboard new clinical team members as needed.

    Program Management

    Develop, implement, and oversee clinical programs and services in line with best practices and regulatory standards.

    Evaluate and improve clinical protocols, ensuring effective treatment and program outcomes.

    Manage program budgets and resources to meet organizational goals.

    Compliance and Quality Assurance

    Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including maintaining current licensure and certifications for all clinical staff.

    Implement and monitor quality assurance measures, including clinical audits, to maintain high standards of care.

    Oversee documentation standards and record-keeping for accuracy and confidentiality.

    Client Care and Advocacy

    Ensure that clients receive high-quality, compassionate care tailored to their individual needs.

    Oversee case management and crisis intervention, providing guidance on complex cases.

    Engage in community outreach and advocacy to support mental health awareness and education.

    Qualifications:

    Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (Doctoral degree preferred).

    Licensed in Kentucky as a Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC (or ability to obtain state licensure).

    Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

    Strong understanding of addiction and mental health treatment, including evidence-based practices.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical software.

    Experience in addiction treatment or recovery-focused services. (preferred)

    Familiarity with trauma-informed care and other holistic approaches to mental health. (preferred)
