Clinic Director - BCBA

The Company: Provide supportive solutions that improve the lives of families and help children from the age of 18 months to 21 years old comfortably approach daily life with confidence.

The Position: In addition to BCBA clinical duties and caseload management, the Clinic Director will supervise BCaBAs, RBTs, And BCBAs, ensuring compliance with BACB standards. Our Client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

• Pay: $95,000 - $104,000 Per Year

Requirements:

• At Least 4 Years Of BCBA Experience
• Strong Knowledge Of ABA And Evidence-Based Practices
• Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Informed Decisions
• Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
• Collaborative Approach With Team Members And Cross-Functionally
• Master’s Degree In ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field
• Active BCBA Certification In Good Standing
• State-Specific Licensure (If Applicable)
• CPR Certification
• Valid Driver’s License And Proof Of Insurance
• Ability To Lift Up To 50 Lbs Occasionally

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Assessments For Clients With ASD
• Design And Implement Individualized ABA Treatment Plans
• Provide Training And Support For Parents And Caregivers
• Supervise BCaBAs And RBTs In Compliance With BACB Requirements
• Manage BCBAs To Ensure Accurate Documentation And Billable Hours
• Lead Team Meetings, Case Reviews, And Clinical Discussions
• Mentor New BCBAs For Ongoing Professional Development
• Experience With ReThink Practice Management Software
