    About the Role

    As Clinical Director, you will oversee clinical services, provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship, and ensure high-quality care for clients with complex behavioral health needs. Reporting to the Administrator, you will:

    • Lead & support a team of clinical professionals in delivering top-tier care
    • Implement & oversee clinical programs to meet state and county standards
    • Strengthen partnerships with local agencies and community stakeholders
    • Conduct audits & ensure compliance with clinical documentation and protocols
    • Mentor, train, and recruit clinical staff to build a strong, mission-driven team

    Requirements

    • Licensed clinician (RN, LCSW, LMFT, PhD/PsyD) in California (or eligible for licensure)
    • Master’s degree or higher in Social Services
    • 3+ years of direct clinical experience in a mental health inpatient setting
    • 1+ year of leadership experience in a behavioral health program
    • Passionate about empowering diverse communities and making a difference
