We are looking to fill the Clinical Director leadership role (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) at a rapidly expanding Outpatient Mental Health practice in Bucks County, PA.
The ideal candidate will:
Be looking to leverage their experience and ideas in building an OMHC in a supportive and collaborative setting.
Be a self-starter comfortable working in a high-paced and changing start-up clinic environment.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a fee-for-service private practice clinical leadership role.
Have experience providing oversight to 12-15 direct reports
Be comfortable maintaining a weekly patient load of 12 patients.
Have experience working with Commercial Insurance.
Be looking for long-term stability and growth with a locally based company.
Thrive in a performance-based compensation environment.
Required Skills/Abilities
Master’s degree with current Pennsylvania state licensure as an LPC. LCSW or LMFT Pennsylvania Board Approved Supervisor.
Be available to be on-site oversite to clinical staff and see patients.
Passionate about quality evidence-based treatment and contributing to the field by training and supervising others.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
Excellent time management skills.
Preferred Skills/Abilities
Currently working in local Bucks County, PA submarket.
Currently credentialed with multiple insurances including Independence, Highmark Blue Cross, Aetna, CIGNA and United.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Hiring, Training, and Staff Management
Provide all training for clinic new hires, ensuring all required clinical and operational policies and procedures are taught and followed.
Hold staff accountable to meeting performance expectations.
Manage staff performance, including implement Performance Coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, and termination process as needed.
Create an office culture that fosters collaboration, inclusion and growth.
Supervision and Consultation
Responsible for the overall performance and management of clinic site
Accountable for clinic productivity and performance, using data to monitor and drive decisions
Provide clinical oversight to the clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals, including signing clinical documentation for pre-licensed providers.
Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation
