    Clinical Director (LCSW, CASAC)

    An Outpatient behavioral health facility is seeking a highly motivated Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team as a Clinical Director. The facility has two New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) licensed programs - Ambulatory Detoxification (816) and Outpatient Continuing Care (822).

    Job Description:

    Monitor program policy/procedure/legal compliance of the 822 and 816 programs.

    Establish and maintain rapport and communication with referral sources. Network with community programs/resources.

    Interview and hire clinical staff in consultation with the Chief Operating Officer.

    Oversight for clinical operations of both programs, including:

    Manage hiring policy and procedure, including notice to new hires regarding responsibilities, policies, leave, benefits, confidentiality and payroll.

    Jointly Supervise Clinical Supervisors and staff seeking credentialing hours, the policy of front-desk staff, compliance coordinator, intake assistant, and other support personnel

    Develop and monitor improvement plans and assist with program expansion

    Organize and share supervision responsibilities for full-time clinical staff and assist the Clinical Supervisor and COO in organizing the supervision of part-time therapists.

    Assist Supervisors and intake coordinators with daily operations including but not limited to: managing and reviewing intake and review meetings, transfers, discharge planning, and clinical documentation and record keeping.

    Assist with ongoing education and information delivery to clinical staff.

    Establish and maintain rapport and communication with educational institutions.

    Provide weekly SIFI clinical supervision and task supervision to interns.

    Lead clinical meetings.

    Provide crisis counseling to clients.

    Provide case consultation to staff.

    Knowledge of APG billing and OMIG regulations

    Monitor compliance

    1. Address OASAS regulatory issues and compliance

    2. Assist 822 and 816 coordinators in preparation for audits

    3. Identify, monitor, and maintain data collection for program evaluation.

    4. Prepare or supervise the preparation of clinical operations data reports.
