    We are currently seeking a wonderful, supportive clinical leaders and supervisor for our Sorrento Valley location! This position requires a minimum of two years of clinical experience and a passion for providing outpatient care! We operate at the highest ethical standards and with integrity. We hire licensed therapists to join our team of therapists who love working with children, teens, and adults, couples and families. Our supervisors provide care to patients themselves. In addition to caseload, supervisors also review charts, notes, and support by providing weekly supervision and signing off associate hours. Must complete supervision CEUs and maintain this per the BBS of CA guidelines. Our clinical leaders oversee the entire clinical team onsite including licensed team members and work in collaboration with our Director of Clinical Leadership and clinical leaders in other locations for support. We provide outpatient counseling services at a group private practice and our team are employees. We are full service and provide all referrals, intake staff, billing support team, and marketing are provided. Our clinicians focus on the great quality of care and have minimal documentation. This position is Salaried with 40 hours per week. One year minimum commitment at the start due to lengthy credentialing and start-up costs as well as patient care reasons, but ideally long-term commitment! Must be licensed in CA. Responsibilities: • Clinical Supervision of up to 6 associates in our outpatient counseling setting with guidance and support of the care of their clients in outpatient care; most supervisors have 3 or fewer at a time • Review associate cases weekly and notes for call cases • Clinical Managers maintain office policy and procedures • Maintain a caseload of clients you are treating both in-office and via Telehealth and provide great clinical care • Document sessions and supervision electronically in practice software • Billing and scheduling of active patients within the software • Maintain professional license at all times • Maintain Clinical Supervision CEUs • Maintain Professional Liability insurance • Provide a positive and supportive growth relationship for associate • Continue to follow BBS law and ethics standards for supervisors • Ensure CEUs are completed prior to starting supervision • Maintain own liability insurance for direct care and supervision • Passion for teaching young therapists • Motivated to also see clients Qualifications: • Two years post-licensure in the states of CA is required to supervise associates • Counseling: 2 years (Required) • Willingness to work with couples & families • Experience with military populations (preferred) • Ability to clinically supervise (2+ years post-license) • Positive and supportive attitude • Growth Mindset • Desire to see clients and maintain own caseload • Seeking a long-term fit for our team • Desire to find a great, supportive team • Desire to have a long-term fit with a great team and great patients Compensation: $114,000 - $120,000 yearly
