    At Oregon Change Clinic (OCC), we are dedicated to fostering recovery for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. As a culturally-specific outpatient treatment facility, we focus on serving the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities in Portland, Oregon.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a passionate Clinical Manager to lead our outpatient program. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our clinical approach and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Your leadership will directly impact the recovery journeys of our clients and the effectiveness of our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee daily clinical operations of the OCC outpatient program.

    Develop and implement clinical philosophies, policies, and procedures in alignment with ASAM criteria, contracts, and Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs).

    Manage a diverse range of clinical services, including chemical dependency treatment, mental health support, mentoring, case management, outreach, and housing assistance.

    Provide clinical supervision and support to staff.

    Ensure services are culturally appropriate and integrated effectively.

    Collaborate with internal and external partners to address clients' needs across all life domains, promoting recovery and self-sufficiency.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    CADC II certification and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)

    At least 3 years of experience in mental health or substance use treatment settings.

    Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory, managerial, or leadership position.

    Successful completion of a background check, including clearance from the DHS Background Check Unit.

    Valid driver's license with eligibility for coverage under organizational insurance. Completion of annual driver training and recertification as per OCC policies.
